Metro Boomin Releases New Album ‘Heroes & Villains’ - The project features appearances from The Weeknd, Don Toliver, Travis Scott, 21 Savage, Young Nudy, Young Thug, Mustafa, A$AP Rocky, Gunna, and the late Takeoff.

Playable from start to finish, which I did not expect.  Metro really brings the best out of all these dudes. I don't know if he just gets them better than the other producers they work with or if Metro specifically brings something out of these guys when they get on his beats.

To me Metro seems like he actually cares about songwriting and composition at least compared to a lot of rap producers nowadays where it feels like they're just making beats and sending them off to the artists. I would imagine that Metro is doing most of the songwriting and producing together with the artists.

I think that (and his production quality) is what separates Metro from the rest.

Could be that Metro knows how to bring out the best in each rapper. Or its possible the rappers love him so much they wanted to bring their A game for his album. Metros done so much for them over there years, makes sense they would want to do the same for him. ✊
